Acknowledgment of Services: I acknowledge that I am voluntarily seeking hypnosis and/or coaching services intended for self-improvement and personal growth.
Understanding of Hypnosis and/or coaching: I understand that hypnosis is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and that outcomes may vary.
Risks and Benefits: I recognize potential risks, including emotional discomfort, and agree to discuss any concerns with my coach/hypnotist.
Confidentiality: I understand that all shared information will remain confidential, except as required by law.
Voluntary Participation: I affirm that my participation is voluntary, and I can withdraw my consent at any time.
Medical Conditions: I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions and understand my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional.
Release of Liability: I release Sheri Elizabeth from any claims or damages arising from my participation in hypnosis and/or coaching.

Recording of Sessions: I understand that sessions will be conducted via Google Meet and may be recorded. The recordings will be kept confidential and emailed to me after each session.
By participating in coaching or hypnosis treatment sessions with Sheri Elizabeth, you agree not to share, copy, or distribute any information, techniques, or materials provided during these sessions, as they are proprietary and confidential.
By purchasing any coaching session that Sheri Elizabeth 💎offers, you understand that you are responsible for your own manifestations. Sheri Elizabeth💎cannot guarantee success stories or when manifestations will come into fruition. No one knows when a manifestation will come into fruition in your reality. Sheri Elizabeth💎is only here to provide you with guidance to assist you on your journey. By purchasing a coaching session, you are accepting total responsibility for your own choices, decisions, and actions after a session is concluded.
